Only you know the kind of support you can give yourself.

You know where you need support.
Sometimes support from others can be fleeting and inconsistent..
So go ahead and go for that run, that walk, read that book…or simply lock the bathroom door and sit in there staring at the ceiling for an hour.Only you know what you need and how you need it.

You need to be kinder to yourself.
Its a bit hectic out there already, and since you have you…you can be just a tad bit nicer to yourself (this includes not going into debt trying to be nice to yourself..put the Burberry down if you can afford it!I see you!)
